YEWA will accept up to 125 additional wells on the Load Control Program this year. Existing wells that were on the program previously may stay on the program or reactivate if they had been removed from the program during a previous year without counting against the 125 additional well limit

No bypass of the load control equipment will be allowed. There will not be any exceptions made for any reason, and there will not be any buy-through option available.

Controlled interruptions are only those which occur under the program. Other interruptions in service may occur due to emergency conditions, equipment failure, or other conditions requiring interruption of service for the operation or maintenance of Y-WEA's system. These other interruptions are not considered in calculating any program discounts or time limits.
