Irrigation Pumping Rate (30, 34, 35, 39)

Commercial and Small Power Rate (40, 40.3, 40.3B, 40.3R)

Applicable to small commercial, municipal water pumping under 40kW, airport lighting and industrial consumers and to public buildings for all usage, subject to the established rules of the Association. Consumers requiring 45 kVA or more of transformer capacity will be billed on the Power Service Rate. Available throughout the service area of the Association, subject to the line extension policy. Single or three phase, 60 Hertz, 120/240 or 120/208 or 480 volts as available and acceptable to the Association.
Oil Well Pumping (52, 52.3)

Applicable to consumers for usage of motors and appurtenances thereto on the same meter operating oil wells with horse head pumps, subject to the established rules of the Association. Motors on oil well pumps other than sucker-rod type above will be billed on the Power Service Rate. Available throughout the service area of the Association, subject to the line extension policy. Single or three-phase, 60 Hertz, 120/240 or 120/208 or 480 volts as available and acceptable to the Association.
Industrial Service - Minimum Capacity of 1MW (62.1, 62.2, 62.3)

Applicable to large commercial and industrial services located within the Association's certified service area. Service is available under this rate schedule for loads with actual metered demand of 1,000 kW or higher, loads requiring a committed capacity of 1,000 kW or higher, or loads requiring a transformer of 1,000 kVA or larger. This rate is not available for resale energy. Subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Association. Service is also available under this rate schedule to any of these loads if on-site generation normally servicing part of the consumer's load is present but smaller than the generator reservation threshold required in Rate Schedule 61 to be served under the terms of Standby Service. Loads with connected generation in excess of the threshold for Standby Service must be served under Rate Schedule 61. Any load served under this rate schedule where the connected generator produces in excess of the Standby Service threshold will automatically be transferred to Rate Schedule 61. This limitation does not apply to loads with standby generators equipped with a double-throw switch which cannot make parallel with the Association's electric system and which do not normally serve part of the consumer's load.
Service can be provided at transmission, distribution substation and distribution primary and secondary voltages. Frequency and voltage shall be subject to reasonable variation. Where service of the type desired by the consumer is not already available at the point of delivery, additional charges may be established in accordance with the Cooperative's line Extension Policy or by special contract between the consumer and the Cooperative.
Power Service Rate (50, 50R, 51, 53, 54, 55)

Applicable to commercial and industrial consumers who will guarantee a minimum billing demand of 10 kW, municipal water pumping 40 kW and above, all usage to non-cyclic type oil well pumps, for all usage to cyclic type oil pumps 20 kW and above, to pipeline pumps and water flooding pumps and other such equipment, and to consumers desiring to have power and engergy delivered and metered at the edge of an oil field lease for all usage on the lease, including oil well pumping, water flood pumping and miscellaneous power and lighting, subject to the conditions of service and the established rules of the Associations. Available throughout the service area of the Association, subject to the line extension policy. Single or three phase, 60 Hertz, 120/240 or 120/208 or 480 volts or 7200/12470 volts, as available and acceptable to the Association.
Public Street & Highway Lighting Rate (42, 70)

Applicable to town and highway department consumers and to feed lots with 5 or more lights, for dusk to dawn street and highway lighting, subject to the conditions of service and the established rules of the Association. Available to the town of Akron, Otis and Eckley and villages of 14 or more consumers for lighting its streets, alleys and parks when taken at the phase and voltage of the corporation street lighting system, and the feed lots requiring five (5) or more fixtures, and to single fixtures on an existing pole.
Other Utilities for Resale Rate (80)

Applicable to other utilities for resale as an expedient method of providing service to the public and to Municipalities, subject to the rules of the Association. Available in the service area or on the fringes of the service area of the Association, subject to the line extension policy. Electric Service is available at the available transmission and distribution primary voltages.
